The use of WebhostingPinoy.Com (WPC) Web Hosting services constitutes acceptance and agreement to our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service. |
Service Rates:Subscribers acknowledge that the nature and rates of our service have been communicated to them. They should also be aware that our Company may change from time to time, the rates of our hosting services. WPC hosting agrees that such changes if necessary must be informed first to the subscribers before actually implementing it. |
Payment and Fees: Subscribers acknowledge that payments are due on the date issued by WPC upon releasing your order; and are billed quarterly at the minimum, except on special plans approved by management; and subsequent payment are due on the anniversary date of the month of the plan duration. WPC agrees to furnish subscribers Statement of Account 10 days prior to actual due date. |
Failure to Pay: WebhostingPinoy.Com reserves the right to temporarily deactivate accounts upon the failure of the subscriber to pay charges when due. |
30-Day Money Back Guarantee:To illustrate our commitment of quality service, we are offering full refund if dissatisfaction on our hosting services is expressed within 30 days from date of account activation. Upon request, kindly submit (through email) a formal explanation citing concrete incidents, your domain, and complete name and mailing address. Refunds will be mailed in the form of Money Orders.

Support Boundaries: WebhostingPinoy.Com provides customers with various form of support facilities such as email support, SMS, and Phone support. We limit our technical support to our area of expertise. WebhostingPinoy.Com provides support to your server functions, and on matters limited to the contents of our prepared FAQ's. WebhostingPinoy.Com does not provide support on matters involving scripts programming. |
Bandwidth and Disk Usage: Customers acknowledge that WPC has the right to take corrective actions if the customer exceeds the number of Megabytes of disk space and bandwidth allocated for the hosting plan ordered. Such corrective action may include the assessment of additional charges in accordance to the fees provided by the Company, or temporary deactivation of service. |
